Rebbe Menachem Mendel (Mendel) Schneerson is one of the Jewish spiritual leaders of the 20th century. He took over the leadership of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement in New York (USA) on January 17, 1951. Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson turned the movement into one of the most widespread Jewish movements in the world in the period from 1951 to 1994. Chabad-Lubavitch created an extensive network of institutions, including in the Russian Federation under his leadership. This article gives the right to all religions: Orthodox and Muslims, and sectarians, and Jews to profess their religion and freely act in accordance with it, in accordance with the teachings contained in the doctrinal books of such religions. 2. Our methods of struggle will not be military at all, but ideological and economic with the use of security forces equipped with the most modern types of weapons for the physical suppression of the rioters with even greater cruelty than was done in October 1993 during the shooting of the Supreme Soviet of Russia.

First of all, we will dismember all the Slavic peoples (there are 300 million of them, half of them are Russians) into small, weakened countries with severed ties. Here, we will use our old method: divide and rule. We will try to pit these countries against each other and draw them into internecine wars with the goal of mutual destruction. The Ukrainian will think that he is fighting against expansionist Russia, fighting for his independence, will think that he has finally gained his freedom, while he is completely dependent on us. The Russians will think the same, as if they are defending their national interests, returning the lands that were “illegally” taken from them, and so on. We will do all this under the pretext of different sovereignties, the struggle for their national ideals. We will not allow either side to self-determine on the basis of national values ​​and traditions at that time. In this war of fools, the Slavic cattle will weaken themselves and strengthen us, the main conductors of the turmoil, who allegedly stand aside and not only do not participate in the bloody events, but do not interfere in them. Moreover, we will completely protect ourselves. We will instill such stereotypes of thinking in the consciousness of the profane (uninitiated) Slavs, in which the most terrible word will be «anti-Semite». 4. We will deprive the large population of Slavs of the national elite, which determines the development of

events, the progress of the country, and, in ultimately, the entire course of history. To do this, we will lower their educational level — in the next 5 years we will close half of their institutes, and in the other half we will study. We will also let in Armenians, Chechens, Gypsies and the like. We will strive to ensure that in the governments of the Slavic countries there are as few representatives of the indigenous peoples as possible, who will be replaced by our Jewish elite. 5. These grandiose tasks will be implemented in several stages. Already 85% of the Arctic Ocean shelf is now (the general public is not yet aware of this) in our hands, thanks to the confusing and unexplained to the people treaties concluded under Gorbachev and Yeltsin.

What we will do:

1. The world’s reserves of industrial raw materials are depleted, and by the beginning of the next millennium «Western society» will not be able to maintain its current level of consumption without replenishment from new sources – colonial donor countries. Therefore, our aspirations are now directed at Russia with twofold goals: first is the liquidation of the most powerful and independent empire, occupying one-sixth of the earth. Second is the seizure of its wealth, which makes up 60-70% of all the world’s raw materials and 75-80% of the world’s discovered oil and gas reserves, concentrated in Siberia and on the shelf of the Arctic Ocean.

2. The planet is experiencing intense climate warming. The desert is advancing north at a rate of 10 km per year, the land is dehydrating at a rate of 25 m per year. Already now, the ancient centers of the world such as Athens, Rome and, most importantly, Jerusalem (Israel) are in the zone of artificial irrigation only. We will have to think about resettling huge masses of civilized peoples north of their current residence in 20-30 years. By that time, Kuban, Rostov Oblast, Ukraine will have an amazing subtropical climate, and the Black Earth Region and northern Ukraine will have the climate of today’s Ciscaucasia. If we recall history, we must admit that these lands are the original lands of ancient Jewish Khazaria, that is, Israel, captured by Kievan Rus in the 10th century. The Slavs are temporary guests here and are subject to eviction.
